2 pools closed for maintenance, no ice machine's. The staff were excellent and the restaurant was really good. Rooms clean but dated. Saying that I would stay there again.

Our room was in terrible condition. The double bed was awful and the A/C unit sounded like a jet plane!

Both pools were closed for years, why wasn’t this indicated? Rotted wood on balconies! Total lack of maintenance! Stayed here long time ago and was really nice. Total letdown, waste of money and will never go back!

Room update is definitely due! Some usb ports need to be installed in the room. Come on, we are in 2025 😬 other than that everything was okay, especially the staff at the lobby were great. 👍 👍

Staff were friendly but couldn’t resolve issues. Our balcony door didn’t lock, shower pressure was a trickle, and the property was neglected — cigarette butts at the entry, loose screens, and worn carpets. After the free cancellation period, we were told the pool would be closed and the restaurant had very limited hours. Not worth the price.

We understand renovations are underway. The hotel will be great when it is finished.

Wifi didn’t work in the room

The two ladies on the front desk were great! Lisa was so accommodating and Julie? as well. The facilities need renovation for sure but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

No breakfast service available. Indoor pool, sauna and fitness all not available. Golf course was in bad shape, many greens looked like they had a disease! So much potential but needs a lot of loving care!
