They were unavailable at checkout, I couldn’t wait, so I called and asked if they could send me a receipt, I still don’t have it now more than a month later. I really need that

Despite completing my online checkin ahead of time to “save time,” they re did every single thing again when I got there. I had already uploaded my ID and credit card info in advance to make check in easier and faster, but the guy at the desk said I didn’t. I even showed him the confirmation. Also, the hotel charges an extra $5 fee for guests who book with hotels.com or Expedia. So it negates the whole “saving money” by using the app. It makes no sense. The room was average. Not great. The beds were ok. It was just an ok stay and not a great check in experience. And I’m not picky or hard to please… I just need somewhere safe, clean, and inexpensive when taking or picking my son up at the airport.

There was feces everywhere. On the toilet, even on the bath mats.

Dirty, doors don’t work properly, staff very rude and unfriendly.

a big dead cockroach in my bathroom. rude front desk personality. bad smelling room like cigarettes even though was a non smoking room. pet friendly policy but i could not bring my leashed pet to the breakfast area, nor leave her to wait in my room. had to lock her in my car while i had breakfast.

The hotel had a bad smell to it especially when you got up stairs on the second floor the carpet was filthy. There were stains on the bedding no mini fridge. I guess that’s what I get for booking at the last minute
