Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City Airport

The room was not clean and ZERO amenities were in the room, no coffee, no cups, no ice bucket, no shampoo and no bars of soap and I was still charged for incidentals. When I called to ask why I was charged when there were no incidentals in the room, I was told it was a service charge. I was NOT told I was being charged, they just needed a card for incidentals. I am filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney Generals Office to report fraudulent card charges

Stayed one night was quiet.

The check in was a bit frantic...the clerk was trying to take care of folks checking in while answering the phone as well. There was a family in front of us with small children that were getting fussy during the wait time.. Motel is in the process of remodeling, there were area's that could not be locked leading into the building because of it !!

Was charged a $5 Expedia fee, for booking through Expedia or Hotels.com. Was also required to pay a $50 damage deposit. Will not be staying here ever again!!!

STAY AWAY : They actually do not have complimentary breakfast unless you consider one fruit, few stale breads and a bancake mix breakfast. No sidetables, broken fire alarm, refrigerator and microwave do not work, staff is pathetic and very impolite and not helpful at all...overall my worst experience at any hotel..

Corridors wrinkled carpet and lots of debris, elevator floor and walls dirty, corners of entry to room and edges needed vacuuming and carpet made my feet dirty. Kleenex box empty bracket for hairdryer had no hairdryer, tv no signal to watch tv, mini breakfast bar had little to offer, toilet in room wasn’t clean on the outside, sheets on bed had small red spot I. Hope they were washed. We got in from airport to late to go elsewhere. Even the room had a poor smell to it, lots of nicks on walls needed to be painted and where they had painted it didn’t match. There was a hole in backboard of bed on each side but lights were missing. Furniture by bed were dusty on bottom and around along with corners. I took pictures and would welcome a refund!

I loved, is quite and good service

Upon arrival we were greeted with the information that we would be charged $50.00 right away for any incidentals. The elevator was dirty, the halls were dirty, our room was dirty. I took pictures of everything because I have been charged in the past for things that were not from my stay. The shower curtain had mold. Breakfast was subpar as they tried to get away with the cheapest route to provide breakfast. Save yourself the hassle and DON'T STAY HERE.
