Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kansas City Airport

Good for the price

I checked in on my phone earlier today. They said all I would have to do was pick up the key. They took my drivers license again even though i sent that in plus charged mean additional $5.00 and told me it was for expedia. Then when I got to my room both tv were not working. I have stayed in microtel before and was very happy. I will not stay again. Plus i do not feel safe here.

Rm 130 needs carpet dirty carpet replaced. This is the first Microtel without a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave!

The staff were rude. The entire facility was dirty had food in the carpet the elevator was sticky. The shower did not work properly. The room was filled with weird mirrors. We stayed on night and they had to reactivate our card key any time we left the room.

This place was a good spot to crash the night before an early flight but that was about it… comfortable beds and decent shower but overall very run down

The hotel is very old, not well maintained. The carpet is very old and smells mold.

Great stay

Only one small light in the room worked and it was above the tv. The bed was hard as a rock and made me wake up with sore neck and back.

Very clean for a short night stay for the airport

Terrible. Gross rooms.
