Springhill Suites By Marriott Metro Center

I was there for the NFL game. (Rams vs Titans) The room was a nice size and the shower works well. The employees were helpful and kind. Commuting back and forth in the area was not bad at all.

Clean and comfy. Enjoyed the pool!

Check in was made easy with the help of Desarea, as I had goofed up our reservation. She was so helpful and understanding of our error and was a delight talking to her.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was OK. Elevator was broken and ice machine on floor was broken. Other than that. It was good value for the money.

I am a 68 year old women, (over weight, 3 bulging disks and foot problem. I stayed 3 nights. On Saturday I find out elevator is broke. I'm on second floor and can't walk stairs. I tell front desk im leaving next morning at 5:30 am. They tell me to call front desk and they will help with luggage. Next morning no answer on front desk phone. I go down and clerk goes I can't help you. I said I can't carry bags downstairs and she goes "Oh well". Last time I ever stay at one of there hotels
