Loved the fast check in process. Bar had great service. Golfcart taxis and boat ferry to and from the concert were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked. View of the river wasn't perfect but was nice to be able to see the water and watch the sun with the bridge.

The valet took a while to get our vehicle. I will most likely use self-parking from now on. This is the second time since February I have stayed at this location, and the valet was not "speedy" either time. I do not believe it had anything to do with the staff. They were very nice and friendly, I think it was due to the high volume of people using valet and leaving at the same time.

"World Champion Bench press."

Truely one of the BEST experiences at one of the BEST Hotels. From the minute we arrived the staff treated my wife, and I like we were the guest of honor. The Gym was a state-of-the-art facility and very clean. No Doubt we were impressed.

"Perfect for concerts"

Excellent hotel & very close to Vystar Arena. We went for the Eric Church concert & were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Food at the bar was very good.
