Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront

Nice location on the river but it seems like an older Hyatt property. Infrastructure seems aged. We were on the 19th floor where the gym is located. The room furnishings are pedestrian - what you should expect for this category of Hyatt. The air conditioner is loud and gives off a constant rattling noise akin to water boiling or rain falling on a tin roof. The water pressure is weak. In the middle of the night the water pressure went out completely. The staff are friendly and helpful but nothing can help this aging infrastructure. Parking is expensive. The hotel charges $35 for overnight parking which is a ripoff. The beds are comfortable but you won't sleep well on them with all the noise coming from the AC. This Hyatt room reminds me of 1980s roadside motels. Next time in JAX I will stay at the DoubleTree on the other side of the river.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The bar/restaurant area was great and the bartenders friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in front of the Riverwalk, which will soon be connected to the renovated Jags stadium (20-minute walk).

The hotel quality exceeded my expectations. The entire staff from the valet, to the front desk, to the restaurant staff was extremely friendly!! The location was perfect for our concert at the Florida Theatre. It was a very short walk. We will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful accommodations. Food was not what I expected for conference, but the adjacent restaurants provide a variety of quality food.

The Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Jacksonville was a great experience. The view is breathtaking and offers easy access to the riverfront for walking, running or catching a few breaths. The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, and a professional and welcoming staff, especially LaLa is housekeeping and Kyle at the front desk. Both staff members made my stay great.
