Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. The location along the riverfront is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and easy access to downtown attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff members were professional, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my visit. The hotel’s dining options were also impressive—you truly cannot go wrong with any of the four restaurants and eateries available on-site. My check-in and check-out were without issues. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. I strongly recommend this hotel, the food was great, rooms are fantastic and you will love the 24 hour market. Most importantly staff walk the hotel and are always around and very friendly.

Great staff made you feel welcome and they were eager to help. I chose the hotel for the location as it was walking distance to the theater we were attending.

The riverfront area is not what it used to be. There are some clubs and things downtown but the riverfront shops and restaurants are limited. Overall, very expensive for not too much value. Parking and breakfast are additional expenses.
