Waiting on the line for elevator, which could not be helped. But still a good experience.

I had a personal emergency and I didn't plan on staying in a hotel when I landed for the first time in Jacksonville. The friend I had planned to stay with fell apart after I landed alone, late at night in a city I've never been in. I ubered to the Hyatt and was welcomed with kindness and wonderful hospitality from guest service member Kyle. They were completely full, yet they had one suite left, however I explained I couldn't afford the suite and began to cry because I traveled from California and was met with many difficulties upon landing. Kyle found a way to make it work and I got a safe suite at a reasonable price which was a kindness I'll never truly forget. From there, the execellent customer service and hospitality continued from the cafe employee who was a tall woman, the bartender who wrote me a note with my food that made me smile. Before heading up to the room, Kyle checked on me to make sure I was doing okay now and he let me know the waters in my room were free, and to enjoy a complementary breakfast as well as a 30$ voucher for food to eat that night. I hadnt eaten since 10:30am and hate flying on airplanes and at this point I was just happy to have gotten a room. However, to be met with so much welcoming hospitality from Kyle, Ali, and another two kind women who brought food to my room and wrote me hand written notes with words of encouragement, really exceeded my expections. 10/10 would stay again due to the staff.
