"Wonderful Place for a Conference"

I attended a conference organized by my employer. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive to my needs & my family. The hotel is in a great location, and we enjoyed the views of the St. Johns River. The hotel lobby and hallways always had a wonderful smell.

"Great Customer Service - Thank you Jorge!!!"

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! We decided to visit the restaurant inside the hotel, and Jorge truly went above and beyond for us. Even though breakfast service had already ended, he took the initiative to speak with the chef and made sure we still had a wonderful breakfast experience. Jorge was incredibly warm, gracious, and attentive. He made us feel like we were the most important VIP guests in the entire hotel! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares so much about making guests feel welcome and valued. His exceptional service made a lasting impression on us, and it’s one of the reasons we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Jorge, for your kindness and hospitality. Five stars all the way!

"Nice Base Camp for Jazz Festival!"

Went for the Jazz Festival, and could not hope for a more convenient place to act as Base Camp! It seemed a bit understaffed at the bars-restaurants for the amount of guests, but overall a very nice room with beautiful facilities. Would stay again!
