This is our go to whenever we attend an event in Jacksonville. Great service across the board, beautiful and clean hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Really an excellent experience and so close to everything - we always choose to stay here!! Highly recommend

The building was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The riverfront was so relaxing and peaceful..very beautiful

The only thing that I didn't like was the bedding on the beds. Need more heavy duty comforters on the bed..It was cold at night and the bedding felt wet. I would recommend changing all the comforter's on the bedding for the guests.

great services. my visit was awesome and i will not change it for the world. During training. I was able to stay hydrated because water was every where.
