Royal South Beach Hotel

The only negatives we found were no pool and no parking. You have to pay another hotel they work with a block away 25 per day to valet to even have a place to park. But overall we would stay again! Super nice staff and very clean

The Location, and everything is near you. I recommend:-)

Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel is very old and dated.

Roof top was nice close by to the beach area and I didnt Like that it was not a pool at the hotel

If you want hookers and drugs - stay here! Pimps in the hallway offering “good times”.

My room was not cleaned none of the day's I stayed. sheets were not changed. I had to continuously go down to the front desk just to ask for washcloths and towels.

The property was a great price and it was extremely close to ocean avenue. Right down the block from Wet Willies which is my favorite spot in Miami so that part was very convenient. The worst part of the hotel was that the room was not very clean and it smelled very strongly of mildew. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk there was mold all over the phone next to the keypad! The bathroom wasn’t great either. We had to call/ go down to the front desk multiple times to ask for an extra wash cloth and they kept saying they would bring it to the room. They never brought it and never called to check. I’m not sure if all of the rooms were this bad but this room is particular was intolerable. Luckily we only used the room to change and sleep for a couple of hours, otherwise we would have left and found a new place to stay.

Good location. Fernando provided a great service; very helpful.

Property was not in a good location and looked a little run down. Windows were filthy, you couldn't see out of them. View was not to good either.
