Proximity to our event Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast buffet was not refilled regularly. No ice machine

The facility was clean and in a good area. Across the street from the convention center as well.

The room I was in is an exception that the nob to flush the toilet didn’t have enough tension to properly lift the seal inside to flush the toilet, but I managed by lifting the back cover and lifting the arm it’s attacked too to do it manually. It’s a very simple fix I doubt it will be a problem by the time I return.

Customer service was good

My room had a pet order.

Location good. Room clean.

Hot breakfast begins later on weekends. Pool Closed for renovations.

I thought the property was a very nice and convenient location.

I did not like the landscaping… plants in the window when we pulled in. I felt bad for anyone close to exit doors. The doors slammed hard if you didn’t hold them.

We loved the staff and the room was very beautiful. Very close to the things we wanted to do while we stayed.

I remember signing papers from times for noise but the hallway on our floor was loud all the way up til midnight. Didn't enjoy that at all.

Coffee was good

Milk dispenser was not working and couldn't get milk
