Very good proximity to the venue.

Parking was a bit sparse.

The room smelled and the shower was not too clean

Nice area. Breakfast was great.

Staff was confused about the booking paid ahead and tried charging me twice for room and accidental charge. The room was dirty the silverware was filthy. The toilet filled up off and on all night so couldn’t sleep.

Absolutely nothing after dealing with your front office female on Friday morning! It’s pathetic that your front office female laughed when I told her the toilet was broken and took 30 seconds of holding the handle down in order to flush it! Same female thought it was funny that the toilet does NOT meet ADA standards and is 14” off the floor! When I asked to be moved to a room with a taller toilet, I was met with, all our toilets are the same! Really? Maybe you’d like a visit from a few government regulatory agencies and you get dinged for noncompliance with ADA rules! Sitting to use the toilet when your knees are above your chest is very uncomfortable! My husband is 6’5” and I’m 5’10”. We should never have had to go find other places to use the bathroom at!

Second day we were there the toilet wouldn’t flush and was overflowing with human waste onto the bathroom floor. It took TWO calls to the front desk to get a poor English speaking person to arrive with a plunger. He then overflowed the toilet onto the floor as well! He used our towels to finish mopping up the floor and then got upset when we asked for the cleaning people to clean the floor! Eventually he came back with a dry mop and a bottle of spray and attempted to clean the toilet and floor. We asked for the room to be cleaned and were refused cleaning by both him and the non-English speaking cleaning lady! When asked for towels since ours had been used for cleaning the floor, we were offered two tiny towels. Thank goodness the cleaning cart was in the hallway and we were smart enough to grab our own towels. When asked again for the room to be cleaned - again refused service. We had to get new garbage bags for our garbage cans as well! Quite disgusting to stay in a room that had human waste overflowing onto the floor and Staff refused to clean the room! Toilet is still broken and has not been fixed! Pathetic that you charge such high prices and refused any type of customer service for your inadequacies!

I never expected all the accommodations. It was absolutely worth every penny of mine. I'm from chicago and came to visit peoria for 3 days. The only thing I regretted was to bring some shorts to go in the pool. The breakfast 😋 and coffee ☕️ were delicious 😋. I will be back.
