Staff rude non cooperative. Not helpful. Most of the time not at desk.

This is the place to stay when you’re in town for any events at the Civic Center. It is just a short walk across the street. We love it here!

Clean and friendly

Sheets didn’t fit the bed, and food was not what was pictured

Bed was comfortable, unit was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Very convenient for the Peoria civic center.

A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been nice.

Room was very comfortable. Beds were great. Shower was amazing and I liked the Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) provided. Full breakfast every morning with hot food, waffle bar, oatmeal bar, yogurt bar. Delicious! The out door area was nice with multiple areas to sit or gather. The nesting chairs were fun to hang out in. They welcomed my dog and even gave him treats. Great place to stay! Will stay there again.

Parking lot could use some attention. Large pot holes at entrance need repair. Would be nice to have shady areas out front with a bench to rest while walking your pet or to park your car under, as the parking lot is very hot.

The room was nice and comfortable however we did notice some ants crawling on the carpet.

The location was great, the parking convenient and free (I could see my car from the room's window). It was quiet but also pretty empty. The kitchen was nice. The breakfast had fresh fruit.

The room was dirty. The sheets had hair from someone else - could have been from the person changing them, but still unpleasant. The toilet seat was up. The carpet was very dirty. Certainly not vacuumed recently and not washed in a long while: I wore just my socks inside and they got very dirty; I went barefoot and all sorts of stuff got stuck to my feet. The couch pillows were dirty. One had what looked like a big blood stain. The phone in the room didn't work. I had to call front desk from my cell. The pool isn't heated. I was asked for my card at check-in and I was charged for the whole stay plus deposit without being told.

Very clean and modern hotel. Good location for downtown events. Only negative is some staff are not properly trained to handle check in correctly/charging cards).
