This is an incredible hotel. The spa is amazing as was the dinner at Restaurant Vendome. View from the hotel room looking out toward Köln was breathtaking all times of the day!

An elegantly furnished castle hotel with all modern amenities and a well trained and helpful staff. The praesidential suite we used was elegant, spacious and well equipped, although the ultra modern shower enclosure was a little impractical. The reception and the staff over all are friendly, helpful and utmost efficient and professional. The 3 Michelin Star Vendome Restaurant allows for fine dining. The location is somewhat remote but only a fifteen minute ride from Cologne. Our stay was a pleasure and we certainly will visit again.

From the moment you arrive you know this is somewhere special. The architecture is stunning, the ambience beautiful, the service unparalleled and the experience unrivaled. "Nice Hotel but not used to British tourists"

Very nice hotel bit pricey but then 5 star lovely grounds building beautiful but was not told about some of the facilities like afternoon tea just handed a card with bar code on about hotel. The room was disappointing due to being small and cramped the air con didn’t work so had to open the window which was told not to do bearing in mind it was 37oc outside and the last thing was the tv out of 200 channels there was 2 in English one Dubai channel and the other movie that stopped working completely or some reason after reporting they couldn’t fix so offered us another room to watch tv in ( not good enough)
