Quality Inn & Suites Ashland near Kings Dominion

Late breakfast! Weekday 6:30? Wasn’t ready at 6:30 so we left. Horrible coffee!

Affordable and clean

I liked how comfortable the beds were. I liked that it was the cheapest hotel I found for the night and I didn’t get charged until I checked in. I did like that they did give us some extra towels and wash cloths and gave us something to help our son get out of the broken bathroom room. I loved how close it was to the stores and close to Kings Dominion.

Mold/Mildew everywhere, smelled so gross from the time you get into the main lobby doors and even worse in the rooms, broken door handles and son got stuck in the bathroom, didn’t like that we were the 1st 2 rooms beside the lobby and eating area and you could hear all the conversations in the lobby and eating area. The breakfast waffle machines didn’t cook the food through, didn’t like how rude the staff was, I didn’t like how there was never anyone has front desk, always had to look for them or ask if they could help us with something,

The front staff was friendly, and helpful. The price was good for our stay. The room was clean. We like waffles, so breakfast was good for us. We had a comfortable stay.

The Staff was ok.

The facilities were not that Great. Window in room cracked. The Room was generally clean, but not very clean and some stains on the couch. So not comfortable sitting on it or laying on it
