Quality Inn & Suites Ashland near Kings Dominion

Location was great, the room was on the back of the property so you could hear the traffic on 95, only feets aways from the window.

Room wasn't clean properly, we could see dog prints on the refrigerator, and on the pictures on the wall. The pictures had dirt on them, and a ugly stain on the carpet at the bottom of the bed.

Die Mäuse und Kakerlaken in unseren Zimmern hätten nicht sein müssen. Während den 2 Wochen ist nur 2mal der Zimmerservice gekommen.

The food was good.

They were 100% booked. We were in RM 101 a handicap room and we had for 16yr old with us and ended up sleeping 3 in the king bed because the sofa sleeper was disgusting 🫣. See attached pics. The noise from the highway was loud.

COCKROACHES everywhere. The carpet was absolutely filthy and stained, the faucet in the bathroom was loose and falling off, the toilet seat kept shifting on the bowl and cockroaches everywhere. No one at the front desk, had to call a phone number (804-521-2377) on a whiteboard to check in. I couldn’t address the issues at check out because once again the front desk was unattended, I did leave a note with my key when we left. We stayed one night Feb 27, 2026 ( one night too many). In another review I wrote, he stated he had no record of our stay, but I have my CC proof.
