Closeness to highway and places to eat.

That there wasn’t an attendant at the front desk whenever we entered or needed assistance. There was no one available at breakfast to assist or refill items.

We had a lady next door and she was on the phone thru out the night. At 340 am we told the front desk. They handled everything in a professional manner. The cleaning people and the man who cleaned the front were extremely nice and professional.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Not much, the location was in the middle of nowhere and very dark at night when we got there.

I didn’t like the vibe from the area being so secluded from the main road and behind a truck stop in the middle of nowhere. The elevator was broken and with two toddlers and a lot of luggage I had to request a 1st floor room. When we got into the room there was a nasty odor throughout, the bed sheets and mattress had stains, the toilet would run nonstop when flushed. Very bad and if we weren’t stuck with having already been charged for the room we would’ve left and went somewhere else. Also in the morning there was nobody at the front desk to check out and no card return box so we had to leave the room keys on the counter and the breakfast was lousy.

Checked in & 8PM. Had to wait and holler for someone. We had Room 102. When my wife pulled down the covers found a old dirty pillow case in the mix. Upon further inspection the sheet was dirty and had hairs. The sofa had a old dirty tissue on it. We were pooped so slept on the top of the bed. Upon check out nobody at the front desk to speak to or drop the room key off. Wanted to explain they had a issue but nobody there. Left my room key on the desk after waiting 5 mins+ Weds morning. Poorest Review I have ever given after many. Would not recommend or go back.

The bed was comfortable

The elevator was out. One bed had hair in it and a few spots on the sheet. It’s by the highway so you hear cars all night
