The Regal Hotel

Very nice hotel. Hopefully they will resume coffee in rooms & lobby soon.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was noisy, it was located very close to a busy and loud loop around the town so I could hear every semi go by. Finally, there was mildew in the shower of a deluxe room.

It was an ok stay. The t.v. did not work, thank god for netflix on my phone lol. The building over all is lacking and old.

It’s a decent place to stay. Not fancy but it is okay. Staff is friendly and parking is free.

We got a jacuzzi tub room and the water was yellow with brown scum on bubbles. I got out to take a shower and found a dirty washcloth on tub edge, a do rag dropped over the shower curtain and public hair in tub. When the staff came in to see what we meant about jacuzzi (without masks during covid) we also found what looked like a sexual apparatus on the floor a couple of feet from jacuzzi. They offered a full refund and moved us to another room (which needed some major updating of bathroom).

Room 218 has mold around the tub, lift cover to check around the bed, found trash around the bed from previous guest and toys behind nightstand. (Bring breakfast back)

Hotel pushes "smoke free" really hard yet you could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke as you walked down the hall. By the second afternoon, my room reeked of smoke. I ended up just leaving the evening of my second night and driving to another town to stay.
