"Brilliant service"

This is the second or third time here. It’s a gem. Close to town, king room spacious and clean, pool facilities fantastic, restaurant and food brilliant (portions very large!) and great value (at this time of year anyway). I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Operations Manager Britt. She is a star in this place and a huge asset to the Accor brand. Nothing was any trouble, she was just non-stop for guest services! A great example of what can be.

The location was excellent. The room was fine apart from the bed being very soft and the pillows being quite thick for me personally and the restaurant had a nice selection of food.
