Best thing about this hotel is the location. The worst thing was the restaurant.

Ruby at reception was very welcoming and informative of the hotel facilities. The beds were very comfortable and room was serviced everyday by friendly housekeepers. The hotel's location is a lovely and scenic walk away from shops and restaurants. There is plenty parking on site and the entire property is gated and secured later in the evening.

One of the reasons I made the booking was because there was a photo of a bar inside the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the bar looked like it hadn't been operating in years. I kinda felt duped lol. However, the swimming pool was delightfully cool in the warmer temperatures. I usually take cold showers, so unfortunately it was disappointing that my room had no cold water most of the day. I was told by reception that it may due to the heat outside which I thought was odd.

I liked how everything was on the same location, after a work day, I didn't need to look for somewhere to eat. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was nicely located on the premises, quiet and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and approachable.

The attention to detail for cleaning needs to be addressed. Supplying some bottled water would have been appreciated.
