The staff was wonderful. Very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. The beds were comfortable. The pool was cool and refreshing.

The place can use some updating. There was a laundry room but most of the machines weren't working.

Fantastically friendly and helpful staff, the pool is great and the restaurant excellent. Enjoyed the large beds and lovely linen and the hotel's kindness in storing our luggage for a week.

Didn't affect our comfort but the bedroom carpet was stained in places and the shower had definitely seen better days. The rooms are just in need of a refurb I'd say. Another small comment, I used the guest laundry twice 9 days apart and on both occasions three of the four dryers were broken which meant a bit of a queue.
