The maid service was not as good as it should have been. We complained several times that the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. Never fixed.

housekeeping was excellent. Bellman Carlos was always very helpful, courteous and a true gentleman

my room got chilly from the winds. asked for help but was told by technician that everything was working correctly. The restaurant had 2 happy hour nights that included music and special food. It was fantastic but hardly anyone came. I think these events should be widespread throughout the hotel. Something is lacking in advertising

The first room we had was old in need of repairs , run down older side of property! The next room wasnt much better sliding door lock was missing,safe was laying in closet not secured to shelf or anything else, front door wasnt screwed to frame, huge gaps all around door in need of alot of maintenance!

Very nice hotel on a beautiful beach thats well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel area is safe & many restaurants within walking distance. The staff is absolutely amazing!

"Another Great Stay!"

Everything was fine with the room except sometimes CNN & Fox News did not come in very well. The new Starbucks across the street was open, so now another choice besides Rico's.
