Very dated and poorly constructed. Wifi went out several times. AC down a couple of times. Staff not attentive at pool

Great service. We felt very safe. The food was very good. resort is in front of a Starbucks, Rico’s cafe and Oxxo. The resort was always clean. Security sits out all night to make sure no one walks onto property. Beautiful views! Inexpensive laundry service-you drop off your clothes in the morning before 11 and they have it ready around 5pm.

We really enjoyed our room. The size of the room was terrific and so were the views of both the city, which you can see (for miles!) from the front door, and the beautiful beach and sunsets that you can see from the main living area and balcony. We felt safe and comfortable, and we found the staff to be very helpful and kind.

Some of the room features could be upgraded and the kitchen needs a few more items for cooking, including salt & pepper.

I would give an excellent review, but two of my towels were stolen from the beach. The staff refused to investigate this incident, although they would be able to see what happened on the camera, and made me to pay money for these two cheap towels. I was very disappointed.
