The room was nice, the pool was clean and huge.

Checking in took a very long time, and they said they could not find my reservation. They finally found it and said they had a "new system". I also had to show them what I was supposed to pay through booking.com.

Bed was comfortable and the windows opened.

We were given the keys to our room, walked in and someone else’s bags and things were in the room! Had to be switched to a different room.

Clean. Comfy, rather large

Location was good....room was decent size.

The bathroom could use a good bleach cleaning. There was a touch of mold. Also coffeemaker was inoperative. They could also use more towels...

The grounds keepers were attempted to cut the grass to make it look nice but it was during check in so cars and people were getting grass clippings on them

The rooms were questionably clean. Spiders in the corners, the shower liner and back stains and the shower curtain was ripped. The carpet was old and dirty. The entry way was dirty. Worst yet I left for the graduation and NO ONE came to clean my room. When I asked the front desk he said they was going to try later. Later never can
