Mariposa Lodge

I enjoyed my stay at Mariposa Lodge! It was about a 45 minute drive to the Yosemite Park, specifically Arch Rock entrance. The town Mariposa is really small, but it is walkable and has great dining options. Both check in and check out for the hotel were fast and easy. The staff was attentive and quick to help.

I really thought I had made the best choice for our stay when we did our research. I felt the accommodations were not up to stabdards. Our TV didn't work for the two nights we stayed and we were given a phone number to call. We called the number and it just rang and rang. I mentioned this at check out and the two girls did nothing for the inconvenience. During check in I was asked about my service animal and because I didn't answer the question appropriately I was going to be charged so I had to pull up ADA information over the internet but this was in front of other guests so it was kind of embarrassing. The air conditioning unit is loud and other guests partied in the rooms until well after midnight. It just wasn't a great stay or ideal accommodations for what it was.

Mariposa Lodge was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay while visiting Yosemite! The staff was friendly and kind. I actually sprained my ankle on the last day we were there and the cleaning staff went out of their way to help me get ice and gave me a plastic bag. I appreciate their kindness so much!

We loved our first stay at Mariposa lodge! The employee at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was great with a balcony and large space!
