When I ran the hot water it was a dark color, maybe water heater has rust in it? I ran it for roughly 5 minutes and the color did not go away… Other than that, pleasant stay😃

I liked it all except for the following comment below

I didn't like it that they didn't make up the room/offer clean towels or coffee etc during my 6 day stay

Location was good. Got there a little after 9 ,, no sausage , no juice , a little eggs left but cold. Waffle was good.

Price and location.

I had a nice place to shower, crash for 9 hours, and get breakfast for a low price. What more can you ask for?

Our room's carpet was ripped.The faucet moved two inches back and forth. Bathroom was 4'×5'. No one was at the desk, pretty much ever, throughout a 4 day stay. Price reflects the property. Couches and furnishing are very old, covered with couch covers,.and dilapidated. Breakfast was not bad. Staff was friendly .

Convenient, perfect location for our reason to be in Rogers.

I was just underwhelmed with the place. It needs some serious updating: carpet, room decor, over-all appearance. There was an odd smell in the hallway, could not identify it but it was not pleasant. Did not swim or have breakfast.

Driver passing through. Was looking for a hotel that could accommodate parking for a large vehicle and found this hotel. It will accommodate uhuals, truck with trailers less than 40 feet combined. However no semis. The front desk associates were very polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Very quiet hotel and I stay in them a lot but this place took the win even against the holiday inn. Very affordable and worth every penny. Best sleep I’ve had since been out here on the road. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very nice! The staff were kind and made check in easy after a long day. The breakfest bar was okay but the room and pool were nice! The area is pretty quiet which we loved!
