The room was very clean, fun, and supplied with more than enough towels etc. The location being in the mall was wonderful.

The surrounding rooms were exceptionally loud regarding running water. My family woke up through the night due to the loud sound of what I am assuming was the filling of the jacuzzi and the jets running on and off. We would have really appreciated a complimentary breakfast at this price. My children found the bunk beds very hard.

"Very good overall experience"

The location was ideal. Right across from west Edmonton mall and lots of places close by. The room was very clean and the beds were also really comfortable.

People were smoking weed and it made the halls smell bad. This smell seeped into my room which was unfortunate. Could have more breakfast options as well but the food was good for what was offered.

The staff was nice, and the place was clean. I liked that we could walk to the mall in under 10 minutes because we didn't have to worry about fighting traffic or finding parking at the mall.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. We would have liked a guide to the channels on the TV and maybe more channels since most of them were just news and sports. My daughter and I landed on a cartoon channel because it was really the only option for us since we don't like news or sports. Also, I always think hotels should have microwaves, even though I know it's common for some to not have them. It's helpful for travelers to save money on food, but I'm not sure if there's something that prevents certain hotels from having them.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

The shower curtain in our room needed a wash or thrown out as it smelled very strongly of mildew and stagnant water, smelled up the room when we walked in, tried telling the room attendant but she didn't seem to understand so we washed it with shampoo and seemed to help. Besides that everything was great.
