West Edmonton Mall Inn

I liked how it was conveniently located to West Edmonton Mall, right across the street

I didn’t like the sketchy people hanging around. I’m really glad that the hotel has security there at night.

The hotel is located on the street across West Edmonton Mall. You have to cross the mall parking lot and a two way street to get there. The hotel has a microwave and a free continental breakfast. The hotel allows to leave your luggage prior to check in time and after check out. Facilities are basically okay.

I really enjoyed our stay and so did my boyfriend. The fact that you guys take cash for the damage deposit is so awesome!

Room was a decent size. Coffee and maker in room as well as bottled water

No one at front desk to check us. There was no notice they were away. no one around even after calling "hello" a few times. When front staff arrived there was no apology and was very abrupt. Room had a sour smell but hotelnwas full so unable to move elsewhere. Late night staff was very helpful

Really close to the mall so it was super simple to walk over to the mall to see the sights.

Old building and water marks on the ceiling . Someone needs to re do the ceiling asap

Room wasn't ready, food left in fridge from former guests, bed had elastic in it , suggesting not fresh sheets. lights didnt work, oh ya, and although we booked way in advance, they put us in a room that had people in it, so they scrambled rather rudely to find us another room. we asked for houskeeping, never came, but wouldnt matter anyway as they seem to not be able to do this job but I slept well, and its in a very good location, s
