"Bad experience"

Close to West Edmonton Mall

The front desk lady was not welcoming. The lack of front desk people on in the morning, The late start for the continental breakfast, and the absolutely atrocious parking. Very little and not accommodating for pickups. Just a fyi make the parking stalls accommodating for pickups. I ended up getting my vehicle scratched because of this. The bathroom drain was clogged and had to clean it. It was absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to this facility. Poor in alot of areas. Including price. Overcharging for this experience, and facility.

"Great deal for adventure package. Recommend to get it."

Great location. Breakfast is sufficient. Bath towels are small. Walls are thin. If you're thinking of going to the waterpark multiple times, I recommend you to get the adventure package. And book through the actual WEM Inn website.
