Cooperative nature of the staff, they are helpful and kind.

There was blood on the duvet and when we ask for a new one we were met with hostility for putting it on the floor and told there were other blankets in the closet. What we found had dust bunnies on them. The floor was also so dirty our feet turned black.

Had a great experience love the location just across the road from the mall and you still get access to the galaxy land and Waterpark passes for 50% discount without staying at the fantasyland hotel

We booked this hotel as it was priced reasonably and offered discounted rates if you wanted to take advantage of the attractions. It is right across the street from WEM, had a decent breakfast and was clean. However, the beds were just ok, and shower and toilet not the best.

The hotel is just average nothing great. We found multiple hairs all over that were definitely not ours, so that was kinda gross.

Hotel was as advertised , our stay was great and we encountered no issues during our stay the location was across from the mall so Bourbon St was very close.

Overall was a good hotel but needs a few little updates one of the front staff told me there was no do not desturb signs until I asked a different staff and she got me one, and there's needs to be some sound proofing

Smell and cleanliness

The room was clean, it was right off the front desk and there was some noise from the street outside.

WiFi barely worked the first nite and never worked the second nite. When I called the front desk he said he would find out and call me back, and of course he never did. They would know if they are not paying for enough WiFi, so jjust say so.
