West Edmonton Mall Inn

Will definitely be booking again. The value package is such a great deal and so close to the waterpark after a long day in that mall it is nice to have a short walk back to the hotel. Only negative is there is no fitness center in the hotel but you are able to utilize the fitness center in the mall.

For the proximity to WEM and the 50% off passes, but it’s starting to look dated and worn down and in need of revocations

overall good experience. the breakfast was sparce and there was not a lot of options. room was clean and the service was good.

Enjoyed our stay. Close location to the mall. Some kids running through hallway at night but to be expected during spring break

Location is brilliant with easy access to the Mall, literally across the road. Some of the staff went above and beyond. one of the desk staff sorted out an issue with the booking, took the initiative and saved us a major headache. Can't thank her enough for that, unfortunately I didn't get her name. Parking is good. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Some of the staff really weren't interested and looked miserable. The breakfast room was about the same size as one of the guest rooms, not great when families from the entire building are crammed in and trying to get a table. Was easier to just grab some food and return to your own room. The breakfast selection was terrible, a pathetic variety of food. 2x cereals, 2 types of bread, a single slow pancake maker, boiled aggs... that was it. A hotel in Calgary we stayed at for at slightly cheaper price offered a huge variety of breakfast items, so this was very dissapointing. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the showers and toilets going off around us, clearly hear the tv in the adjoining room. I don't know who was above us, but you could hear them moving around on the hard flooring. I say moving, it sounded more like a gymnastics teams practicing their landings.

Great place, great staff, great location. Would stay here again. You're a 2-minute walk from the mall.

Very convenient to West Edmonton Mall and other restaurants and stores.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, fabulous room, deep tub in the bathroom, good breakfast. Small eating area in the breakfast room, but the plates were disposable so we could take the food up to our room.
