Decent hotel. Good location to the light rail station. Rooms are something between out-dated and charming. Didnt have any issues with noise and was on a high floor. Nice bar with a great view. Overall: recommend but would only return to go to a Washington Huskies game.

The location is great and the vibe is fun. Staff were great when we dropped off luggage before check-in and upon check-in. The staff handling reservations/checking for the rooftop bar were horrible and blocked several hotels guests, us included, from getting in the elevator to go to our rooms after checking in . Apparently it’s more important for groups to get to the bar than hotel guests to be able to go to their rooms?? When checking out messaged the valet for our car to be brought but they still hadn’t seen the message when we arrived 15+ minutes later, I didn’t get a reply to my message for almost an hour, by which time we had already gotten our car and left.

First room has a blood stained pillow case… so that kind of ruined the vibe and the illusion of “clean” for this location.

We recently stayed at the Graduate in Seattle. I booked a room with a view for a bit more money. At check in, I confirmed that it was a room with a view and was told it had a view of Mt. Rainier and that it was one of their biggest rooms. NOT! The view was some hills but not Mt. Rainier. The large building that stood outside our window blocked the view. Maybe years ago that room HAD a view but not anymore. The room itself was very small. The area rug was torn and dirty. There was no dresser, only 4 hangers, no luggage rack. The smoke alarm was chirping upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix that and we got hangers and a luggage rack. I expressed my disappointment and Sam came to the rescue. We were able to move to a larger room on the same floor (15) which had a distant view of the Seattle skyline. Room was bigger as well. Still no dresser. Rooms do not have a refrigerator and offer a pathetic coffee pot to boil water in for instant coffee. The AC was questionable, the shower didn't drain, the Kleenex was not replaced after we used the 5 pieces that were in it and our room wasn't cleaned one day but was all the other days. The hotel is in need of an update.

The bar/restaurant was closed for a private party. Not acceptable.
