Bathroom is so outdated. Sink & toilet too close together & toilet seat too close to the door. There was no Fridgerator. Couldn’t chill any drinks. Door was too close to elevator you can hear people conversations outside door waiting for elevator.

Close to UW.

I wanted to love this property, the decor and style was amazing. Unfortunately, I left a really high value ring in my room. I know exactly where I left it and called the front desk immediately, but they were unable to find it. Overall, I know this was my fault, but i’m really disappointed. Seems like there was a right and a wrong thing to do here, and the wrong thing was done. Bummed.

Hotel is right across from The Neptune Theater which is perfect for booking for the night of a concert.

There seems to be no sound proofing, you can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom, and everything happening out on the street in the middle of the night. Light sleepers beware. If you want food from the restaurant, there is not room service and you have to go downstairs and be let up. If the restaurant is busy, they do not let you go up, even to order and bring back to your room. As a paying guest, counting on being able to grab food from my hotel after a long day of work, and being told no, that’s pretty bad customer service.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Graduate Hotel in Seattle. It was awful. I would not stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the room smelled strongly of weed, although it's a smoke free hotel. We asked to change to another room. They moved us to another room. Upon waking up the next morning, we noticed that the sheets of the bed were dirty (not by us). We asked that the room be cleaned and sheets changed. They cleaned the room but didn't change the sheets. We asked 3 more times during our stay and they never changed the sheets. Upon check out, they comped the valet parking but would not reduce the room charge as it was booked through Expedia. All through the stay, there was clearly people smoking weed as the room smelled off and on every night. Also, the walls are very thin and we got to hear the argument from the room down the hall at 1:00a. And finally, the hotel is generally just old and run down. Not a great place to stay.
