We actually stayed at the Hampton across the street which they lied and said that their pool was working properly when we got there the pool was ice cold and was impossible for any of our family to get in which the whole purpose of the trip was to enjoy family around the pool. Anyway, they did nothing to try to help the situation so we went to the Sister location across the street which is the Hilton Garden Inn and Rob at the front desk was absolutely amazing and saved our whole trip.!! since we were switching hotels and staying there the next day he let us swim the first day. What a difference compared to the other hotel all staff was amazing and made our time away from home feel like we were.at home!! thanks Rob!
