Hilton Garden Inn Hoffman Estates

Nice hotel! Lynne at breakfast is very kind. The room is clean and comfortable. A/C isn't as cold as I like for sleeping.

Hotel was great, bed was fantastic and Lynn provided great service at breakfast. Overall a great stay.

I have been recently opting to choose Hilton Garden Inns as my hotel of choice due to consistency and customer service. The location in Hoffman Estates is no exception. The room was quiet, parking accessible, staff checking in to see how things are going, and great service in the restaurant, especially from Lynn.

Rob and Randy, at the front desk always go above and beyond the normal front desk experience, they are super helpful every time we come, when they are here, just want to let them know, how we appreciate them. Thanks guys, and keep up the excellent customer service. Mr M.

The bed was too, too soft and the pillows too soft and flat

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Hoffman Estates many times visiting family in the area. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are amazing. Alyssa at the front desk/bar is the BEST! She always had a smile and hug for us. Rob on evening duty at the front desk was super helpful. Priscila in group sales was of great assistance. We hope to be back soon.

Traveled with a group of college students. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean, refreshed our rooms on the second day of our stay, and had an inviting lobby to hang out. They were very accommodating in extending our stay when a storm made it impossible for us to travel home. Breakfast staff, especially Lynn was amazing greeting us each morning and sending a care package with us for the students that didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast before leaving early on our final day.
