Gary and Melissa = MVPs. Blizzard travel chaos + airport parking stress and they still managed to make everything easy and even enjoyable. They went above and beyond in every way. Holiday Inn Express MSP is lucky to have them. We’ll be back!

"This hotel charges guests $15/night for parking. Other than that it’s a great hotel."

I knocked off 2 stars because of the $15/night parking charge. That was not included when I made the reservation. It was added at the desk at checkin. It is mentioned on the website under the parking tab but you have to go looking for it. There is construction on 12th ave so you have to enter off of American. The hotel itself is great. Staff is wonderful and the room was spotless. Great breakfast and they have the automatic coffee machines that grind fresh beans and brew for each cup. Having good coffee available in house saves a trip to Starbucks in the morning. We stay at this chain when we travel and will continue to do so, but we’ll skip this location in the future because of the parking charge.
