I had to pay $15.00 to park my car in an open unguarded parking lot, next time I’ll just say I don’t have a car!!!!! Ridiculous to pay this, it wasn’t mentioned in the booking

The location is great! The staff were kind and helpful! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding with flight changes and needing to linger a bit! We will definitely stay here next time!

"Game day weekend"

Really appreciate the complimentary shuttle and the drivers were all very helpful so we knew how to get where we wanted to go. Gary Lee was one of our drivers and he was very kind and helpful. only negative is sound is a problem must have been some kids above our room and it sounded like a herd of elephants running around up there

"Stay was fine but parking charge is enough for me not to return"

Location

Pay for parking. A huge pain when you have to go back out to place parking ticket on dashboard. It was snowing and cold and a money grab.
