Booking.com did not communicate our reservation with the hotel. We were lucky to get a room.

Gorgeous hotel conveniently located near the airport and shuttle service to and from. Even our shuttle driver was kind and helpful during our work trip!

Dear Trip Advisor: We arrived rather late after a midwestern storm had blown in to MSP, during the Thanksgiving travel week. We were exhausted, and needing to rest. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk reception, Ben, were absolutely courteous and professional. They ensured that we had everything needed including toiletries. This is the most spotlessly clean hotel we have ever stayed at. The front reception, dining area, hallways, elevator and room were absolutely top notch. There was not a speck of dirt or grime anywhere. Our bed sheets, and carpet were also spotless. We slept so well in this quiet hotel. The hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. The next day our shuttle driver took extra time to ensure we could find our way back to our gate at the MSP airport. We will stay here again as soon as we can, if you need a very courteous and spotlessly clean hotel, stay at this Holiday in express. You will not be dissapointed. We thanked the check in clerk Ben and the Assistant Manager, but can't recall all of your names. Please give a huge thank you to your entire hotel team. Again, thank you from weary travellers.

Front desk staff Heidi and Jeffrey were awesome as always! Super friendly and helpful. Definitely went the extra mile for me.

Comfy room, good breakfast, shuttle to/from airport and MoA, accommodating staff.

Hot tub would be nice to have
