I had a great experience during my stay. I ran into the maintenance guy Gary, and he helped me get a few things I needed. He was very knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service. He even provided me with good restaurants/activities in the area. This experience will definitely make me a returning customer.

It was clean and the pool wonderful.

It was a struggle to (a) find out and (b) get the free airport shuttle. The shower was luke warm at best. There was no beer or wine for sale. There was no coffee in the room.

"Hidden parking fee"

Hidden charge of $15 for parking. Staff refused to waive it. I booked through the IHG website and checked the box “Include taxes and fees” assuming the final price was the actual price. Very surprised to see the sign at the front door

"Clean facility at great price"

The facility and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The available shuttle was an added benefit for getting to Mall

There were no drinking glasses in a few of the rooms we stayed in so we had to get some paper ones from cleaning staff. Also the light around the mirror was not functioning in room 310
