With this being an airport hotel it would be nice to offer breakfast earlier than 630am for those who fly early mornings.

I liked everything about this hotel. Comfortable, Cozy, Clean and excellent customer service! It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Transportation to/from the airport and the Mall of America was very easy. They use App to let you know when the driver is approaching so that you do not have to wait in the cold. Highly recommended and if I come up next trip - I would like to stay here. Breakfast was simple, but was good enough for me.

I cannot think of any. Room was quiet and had a great vive. I did not use gym or pool so I cannot comment on any of them, but looked good.

The breakfast had a great selection. I really appreciated the gluten free options. I'm extra sensitive, so I couldn't toast the bagel in the toaster, but I was able to warm it in my room.

I wish the rooms had folders or books with food options that deliver to the hotel as well as a list of place/attractions nearby.

"Awful"

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Got into my room and it’s 86° in here and the heater is running on high. Tried turning the air conditioner on and it’s broken and still putting out heat. Called the front desk and the man gave me attitude and would not change my room. Also they charge $15 a night for parking which they do not advertise. It’s a surprise charge once you get to the hotel.
