The Broadway Columbia - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location! Within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, Stephens Lake Park, and a concert hall. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was divine. AC worked great, which isn't the case with every hotel. Great water pressure in the shower. Desk clerks and valets were super friendly, helpful, and professional.

The only negative I can think of was a weird, of putting smell I'm the lobby upon my arrival. This smell had disappeared by the morning and was limited to the lobby.

Location is prime

The restaurant, cleanliness. It’s been a long time since I was able to walk on carpet and it felt clean

It wasn’t bad, but having to take two elevators to our floor.

Very clean and comfy.

Winter duvet on bed too heavy for our liking

The hotel is really going downhill. I am thinking that they have the college families to keep business coming so they don’t have to worry about keeping things going. The espresso machine has been out for… I’m not sure, maybe the fall? REPLACE IT- for heavens sake. The garbages around the hotel are overflowing. They ran out of olives twice during my stay. It’s the little things and it seems like the corners are being cut. The rooms aren’t cheap - I’d like my nice morning espresso and my martini in the evening.
