Mercure Resort Sanur

Wonderful location on the beach and lush gardens. The staff is excellent and amazingly welcoming

The rooms are old, tired and in desperate need of modernising

Robes in bedroom were filthy. Ordered meals at restaurant 1st choice not available and 2nd choice not available.

Beachfront and pools were great. The grounds are so well kept and gorgeous.

Rooms could do with an upgrade.

The staff were amazing, from the welcome drink at check in, through to helping with our bags when we left, nothing was too much. One night I was stung by something at the beach and the staff were incredible, even organizing for the nurse to come to my room and check on me. I was travelling alone with my children, and having such attentive staff made me much more relaxed. The location is amazing and peaceful.

The hotel itself is tired, and the linen needs replacing.

Gardens, room was clean, staff were great

Breakfast was disappointing, Towels were old & dirty especially the pool towels. Sun loungers were always taken by people not using them even though there is a sign stating after 1 hour the towel will be removed if no one is using the chair.
