"Excellent"

Everything....great location to just chill!

The maitre'd - after being told being coeliac was no issue by reception, he scoffed at me and said "well you can't eat the pasta I guess" This is absolutely no reflection on the Mercure though, everything else was perfect!

Sehr schöne Anlage, direkt am Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, ist das Frühstück. Es war ausreichend vorhanden, jedoch jeden Morgen genau das gleiche. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen.

Staff

Rooms and facilities are not great anymore, a lot of the stuff in rooms did not work properly and it appeared to have mould on the roof. I recommended friends stay and it was a little embarrassing as the previous time we stayed it was beautiful and this time everyone’s room had an issue
