Mercure Resort Sanur

Staff were great.

Breakfast changed the last two and it was not the standard as before.

Great location to beach & walking to restaurants etc. great pools & lovely staff.

Location was good close to food, beach and massages

Bring on second floor many steps to room with limited balcony

Rooms were spacious and there was a decent spread at breakfast. The property had 2 pools and a tennis court. Direct beach access.

We checked in at 3:30pm and the room still wasn't ready. We also paid for an extra bed but when we arrived back at 11pm, it still had not been set up. Called Guest Services but still nothing so had to head back to front desk. After a lengthy and not-so-pleasant conversation, we finally got the bed close to midnight. The front desk staff who attended to me tried their best to salvage the situation and offered us a free airport transfer. We appreciated the effort but also expected more coming from an Accor brand. Rooms also had thin walls, so we could hear our next door's party till early in the morning.

The staff were unfailingly pleasant, ever helpful and charming

Good location

Very hard bed asked many limes for mattress topper eveually got one. Room service delivered cold Towels in room very discoloured dirty marks all over them, no hand towel or bath matts provided had to continually asked for them. Only gave 2 coffee sachet a day asked for more got one more very poor room attendants service and pool area service very very slow rather chat to each other than serve customers

Voor en na onze bruiloft in het Mercure resort verbleven we in de Executive Suite. Een lekker ruime kamer met ruime badkamer. Heel schoon en vriendelijk, servicegericht personeel! Prachtige tuinen en heerlijk vertoeven aan/op het strand.

Emplacement direct plage. Calme et personnel sympathique
