Deja Resort All Inclusive

This is a great hotel close to a complimentary beach and well located to classic Montego Bay

We had the best week at Deja resort! All hotel staff were accommodating and kind. It is a home from home. We travelled as a family of 4 with children and we all had a very pleasant stay. The food was authentic, the room was clean and spacious with a great balcony view of Doctor’s cave beach and everyday we would get assisted across the busy road with free beach access. The all inclusive options were good and the location of the hotel on the ‘hip strip’ is perfect. Do not hesitate to book Deja resort if you’re staying in Montego Bay and want an authentic Jamaican experience! We will definitely be back 🇯🇲

The front desk staffs were very nice. The room was spacious. The bar staffs were friendly especially Rac quel

The stairs was a bit hectic. Although the staffs were good, they can be a bit more friendly and smile.

Food was aight... this waiting in line gives slavery vibe...hated that... Fix that...

The parking situation is horrible....fix that..... One of your staff member...a fella from the front desk walked by the area where y'all had ppl waiting to be sitted to eat, walked by saying very loudly to us waiting there... Yall look Hungry, like what the hell... Why??

The location is perfect , easy to get from one point to the other in the city and beaches

They need more room for their guests parking

Well I rated my stay 3stars however other things made my stay pleasant. I will highlight the positive. My room was spacious and clean, through it took almost 3 hours after I arrived to get into my room (which is why I only gave 3stars) . Once settled in I went to the dinning room which was nice. The food for the most part very good. You can tell they can burn in the kitchen. Service made Every meal pleasant, there's a few names I remember due to the fact each day they not just greeted me, they put me at my preferred table. Granted I had to wait however the willingness to do it was awesome. Ms. Crystal, Ms. Vanessa, Mr. Dexter(chef) Donavan and Mrs. Anna(I think that was her name) I kept calling her Mother lol. They were Awesome and if I'm ever to come back they would be the largest reason why. For your ride service I suggest you call Chin or Chris on whatsapp(876-452-1354)(876-855-8803), so thoughtful and funny, will get you wherever you are looking to go. For the most part good stay, beach right across the street, be careful crossing because cars are coming all the time.
