Deja Resort All Inclusive

Location, friendliness ,entertainment ,food, cleanliness,and security.

Not having Beach towels for our stay. Room's were very late and all through the stay rooms were clean very late.

Rates between a 2 and a 3. Best part is the service - everyone is friendly and helpful. Room was clean but very dated. Bed was okay, pillows okay. Food was buffet style and also okay. The not so good? Do not get a first floor room - super noisy. The AC was barely functional and the common area outdoors so hope you like humidity. The only thing truly awful was the gym - a small dark room with two broken treadmills and a rack of dumbbells.

The food was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend.

Entertainment could've be a little bit more, but I can understand since they are on the hip strip.

La ubicación es buena, está frente a la playa Doctor´s Cave y tienes acceso gratis por quedarte en el hotel (aunque si quieres cama de playa o sombrilla, tienes que pagar aparte).

El hotel en si no tienen áreas suficientemente cómodas como para quedarte a pasar el dia, la piscina es pequeña y con 5-6 camas de playa para todo el hotel. Ambos bares son pequeños y incómodos. El servicio del restaurante es terriblemente lento, tienes que esperar entre 15-20 minutos para que te sienten en una mesa porque el restaurante está subdimensionado para la capacidad del hotel. El gimnasio es minúsculo, de las dos máquinas corredoras sólo funcionaba una, a parte de las dos máquinas habian algunas pesas y un saco de box y no tenía aire acondicionado El restaurante italiano, fue terriblemente malo, muy muy malo, no vale la pena hacer la reserva. El hotel no ofrece la posibilidad de alquilar kayak o paddle para usar en la playa.

Could of had more entertainment at night

The food was generally very tasty. Beverages were very good, as well. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

Two minor complaints. The evening entertainment was a bit brief and what was advertised did not always occur. The other thing was the onsite Italian restaurant was a bit disappointing in the flavour of the food.

Shrishti from della resort was very kind and helpful, had alot of fun in the adventure park, definitely 10/10. The nature is lovely. This is a must visit spot

Based on reviews we booked this hotel. It is more like a 2 star at best. Food is boring and very little choice of salad or fruit. The rooms are basic. The overall decor of the hotel is dated. Tea and coffee in the room is basic. The room fridge does not keep anything cold. Service in the restaurant is not very quick. The staff are nice and friendly. The bedding is grey especially the pillowcases and the pillows are so old they give no support. A/c in the room is not very efficient. If you don’t have the room windows open during the day the room will smell and the bedding will be damp on your return to the room. There is very little to do in the area so the hotel is the only place to be apart from the private beach opposite which is lovely. There are no real restaurants nearby for a change of food. The company has just celebrated 10 years of this hotel. Things need to change is they are to survive another 10
