Bed in 2 half's Spa not that clean paint coming off walls and any other things food not the best fir price

We had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful venue for our Christmas Party in January. Due to being in the hospitality industry ourselves, we understand the added workload across all departments during the festive period. We would like to congratulate the amazing team for all their hard work throughout christmas and for especially looking after us last week. The function room looked so lovely, the staff on the night were just fantastic and were true professionals. They were a big credit to your hotel. Also, i would like to thank your team of chefs who really put in the hours and for preparing us such delicious meals. Stunning eutopia

The spa was cold, water air & hot tub. So couldnt enjoy it. I let staff know & they refunded to extra I’d paid for it.

My two friends and I had Christmas afternoon tea and were sadly disappointed. The tea came in a pot with a cheap teabag, my friend ordered a latte that arrived almost cold. The sandwiches were absolutely terrible, the ham had gristle and fat on it, the egg and charred baby gem was disgusting, the turkey was passable but the salmon was too lemony, when my friend requested another turkey sandwich the waitress told us more sandwiches would be extra and quite honestly for what it cost I think that is a liberty so we passed. My friend bit into one of her cakes and it was frozen in the middle and all the cakes had little taste. The scones were small but ok. When the waiter asked if everything was ok I said not really and he said ok and left us to it. I have had many many afternoon teas and this was one of the worst and most expensive. The staff weren’t very attentive and the waitress was quite abrupt when I asked for the service charge of 12.5% to be removed. It was such a disappointment and we will definitely not be returning.
