Red Roof Inn Springfield, OH

Not what I call a handicapped facility. The commode did not have hand crip bars available & the toilet was very low making it almost impossible to get up. It was not a walk-in shower but a shower tub making it difficult to get in - it also had no slip proof floor in the floor of the tub.

Nice place to stay and convenient to highway and eating options

This hotel was very functional, not glamorous but it was good for the price. It was clean and comfortable

Half the price of surrounding properties that are not as clean. Thank you for keeping it affordable and clean.

It is a little worn in areas. My room had a leaky faucet and the TV in the next room was bleeding through the wall. The security door on the end was difficult to shut.

Front counter Employees where really rude and disrespectful

The hotel is in a ghetto and the room was disgusting. The beds were terrible. The mattresses were gross.

The beds were old and they concealed the filth with matress pads that weren't much better. We checked out at 4 AM because we couldn't sleep due to being grossed out.

Only 1 towel and wash cloth when checked in. Breakfast was empty at 8:30..had to ask to refill..no one checking. Make night clerk was rude.
